Project Description
D-A-S Construction Co. served as the Construction Manager for the phased construction of this 32,700 square-foot medical facility in Cleveland. Construction began with the demolition of three existing buildings to make room for the new medical facility and an employee parking lot. Translucent window panels, skylights and a scalloped entrance canopy give the building a modern flair. Within the building, D-A-S built out several exam rooms, a dental station, pharmacy, and substance and abuse treatment areas. Following completion of the new facility D-A-S facilitated the demolition of the old medical center and converted it into a patient parking lot.

D-A-S Construction Co. provided a complete cabinetry package which included design, fabrication and installation of nursing stations, exam room cabinetry and shelving, laboratory shelving and tables, literature racks, reception desk and cabinetry, pharmacy shelving and cabinetry, dental stations and office tables and desks.
