Project Description
Fast track renovation of nearly 90,000 square feet of office space.

The front of the building, nearly solid brick, was demolished to facilitate new tinted glass windows reaching from just above the fin tube to the underside of the second floor.

Much of the interior two floors were demolished to facilitate communications rewiring, uniquely curved soffits and walls, fresh paint and new carpeting.
