Project Description
1.4 million dollar renovation of a retail/office, four story building originally constructed in the 1880's. Renovation work encompassed converting warehouse, office and retail space into areas to be utilized as a combination of office/ retail display areas and employee areas for the office furniture and partition systems that the S. Rose Company designs and sells. Work included major structure repairs to the building's infrastructure, new electrical service and mechanical systems, new elevator, and the removal of a previously installed precast concrete façade to completely restore the front elevation of the building to the building's original exterior appearance.
