Project Description
Demolition of an existing office space within the Ohio Savings Plaza followed by construction of new office partitions, private offices, and bullpen cubicles. Elaborate drywall ceilings with additional floating drywall ceilings were integrated with open ceilings, exposing the existing deck and new mechanical and electrical systems. Designer series lighting included radius track lighting and wall lighting. Millwork was custom fabricated by D-A-S for the bullpen area and kitchen.
