Project Description
Serving as General Contractor, D-A-S Construction Co. was contracted by PlayHouse Square Real Estate Services to oversee the interior renovation for the Hanna Building’s new restaurant: Bricco. D-A-S gave the historic site a much needed facelift, while also managing to salvage several of the restaurant’s existing features. Additional square-footage and a much needed lobby entrance were added by connecting to a vacant, neighboring storefront. D-A-S was also able to meet the client’s tight project deadline, completing construction in less than 5 months and opening Bricco just in time for the hit play, Wicked.
