Project Description
Extensive renovations to an existing Historic Warehouse in Cleveland's Gateway District. The 27,000 square foot multi-entertainment complex includes a full kitchen, accomodating an 174-seat restaurant draped in exciting, exhilarating colors, a magic room with cabaret seating for 124 and an intimate 100-seat lounge. A tiered showroom accomodates 425 patrons with a mezzanine and loge seating area.

A custom deacons bench, modeled after one owner Nick Kostis saw at a local church, was re-designed, fabricated and installed by D-A-S' Customized Cabinetry & Millwork Production Center along with many other unique and ornate millwork items throughout the facility to re-create the historic splendor which once bestowed the building.
