Project Description
Interior renovation of an existing tenant space within an historic building attached to the Old Stone Church, across from Cleveland State University. Project included mechanical, electrical and lighting installations, along with new carpeting and painting.

The unique design of this space allows for a nice marriage of history with the new: various areas of the original brick were left exposed and doors were refinished to comply with local building codes and reinstalled.

Countertops and cabinetry were designed, fabricated and installed by D-A-S Construction Co. using various laminates, wood and other solid surface materials.
