Project Description
Ground up construction of a new two-story fitness center in Cleveland, Ohio. The 14,000 square foot building is comprised of masonry with cast in place concrete structural steel, bar joists and deck. The exterior is brick veneer with metal panels and an aluminum storefront. Project features include ornately designed locker rooms, swimming pool, whirlpool, kitchen, showers and exercise room.
