Project Description
Serving as General Contractor, D-A-S is performing major renovations to a 12,000 square foot building for new tenant, Evergreen Laundry. The project – scheduled for completion in late July 2009 – is seeking LEED® Silver Certification. Renovations will focus primarily on interior renovations with limited external work being performed. Evergreen Laundry is a part of $10 million in Cleveland Foundation grants aimed at improving surrounding University Circle neighborhoods.
