Our LEED™-APs have the knowledge and skills needed to successfully steward the integrated design, construction and LEED™ certification process for your project and have been certified to do so by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Green Building Reporting Tools
D-A-S can provide both Pre- and Post Construction Green Building Reports. These reports include alternative suggestions for materials and products that are eco-friendly along with their costs compared to conventional methods, sustainable techniques that may be applied during the project as well as recycling reports. Samples of these reports are available upon request.

Product & Material Knowledge
D-A-S maintains a library of samples and information about the green products and materials available to the construction industry. This information allows our staff to recommend more environmentally friendly and sustainable product alternatives and empowers our staff with knowledge about the current prices of those products.
