D-A-S’ Select Projects Group (SPG) was established to fulfill a key role in serving our clients with smaller and more specialized projects as well as those with construction needs at multiple locations. At D-A-S, we understand that the level of service required for managing an interior renovation or build out varies greatly from that of a major ground up project.
The SPG provides turnkey construction services for special projects like building additions, interior build outs, renovations and multiple location construction programs. Over the years we discovered that our customer’s needs on these types of projects can vary greatly from those of ground up projects. Our SPG recognizes those needs — such as working within existing office or retail environments where downtime is not an option, completing projects with seemingly impossible time frames, matching existing work with new materials and being able to alter the logical flow of a project at any time.
Through the SPG, D-A-S provides turnkey services to oversee and complete projects that might otherwise require the Owner to be directly involved with multiple subcontractors and suppliers. When you hire D-A-S, your SPG Project Manager becomes your single point of contact; as a result, we can prevent details from falling through the cracks and assume responsibility for all aspects of the construction project. The SPG can help you prepare drawings and preliminary budgets as well as provide value-engineering services to ensure you spend your money wisely and will custom tailor a program to accommodate your specific needs if required. The SPG assures customers of the timely completion of a professionally supervised construction project in which schedules and budgets are determined in advance. We will review your plans and budget or help you develop them, keeping you informed every step of the way.
